Having trouble accessing the site with MS Internet Explorer? Getting "The page cannot be displayed" when you try to access the site.
We have used 128-bit connection security to protect your information, so to be able to view our site your browser must be upgraded to handle the higher level of encryption. To check if your browser is compatible - open your browser, click on the browser help and then click on "About Internet Explorer". The following box should appear. NOTE: For companies on a network, you may need to check first with your I.T.Support for approval to download and install.
If your "Cipher Strength" (under version number in the "about" box) is less than 128-bit, you need to download and install a "High Encryption Pack". If you are running Microsoft IE on an operating system other than Windows 2000 you will need "Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack". This pack can be accessed via the "Update Information" link next to the Cipher Strength in the "about" box or directly via http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/128bit/default.asp Download the appropriate version - check your browser version from the "about" box and select the right version from the dropdown list and then download the pack to your disk and execute it. If you are running Windows 2000 you will need to
download "The Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack" via http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/encryption/
You will need to install only one pack, both packs are small (<300k) and
it shouldn't take long to download the correct pack for your system. You will need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Now you will be able to access the site correctly.
